Brian has been comfortable on ECMO since last Friday. The Dr.'s have decided to start a new drug called Flolan, hoping it will help with his pulmonary hypertension. Unfortunately this drug comes with the possibility of some side effects. Increased bleeding seems to be their main concern. It looks like his next attempt off ECMO will be this Friday.
