The doctors just completed the procedure with Brian's silo. The good news is they didn't find anything alarming. They cleaned everything and replaced the bag. The not so good new is they didn't find the root of the infection. We have to wait for the cultures to come back.

  1. That is good news. Like you said earlier, with all the lines, chest tube and endotube there are all sorts of potential sources for infection. Now the antibiotics need to do their job.

  3. Oh what a fighter your little precious blessing Brian is. "The strong spirit of a person will sustain him in affliction." We pray Father God that You would cause the antibiotic to affect a healing and a cure in baby Brian's body, as he continues to progress in strength. Peace in Him.
